• Each company's data is stored in its own separate database.
• People only see the projects, messages and appointments they belong to. Accounting is limited to people the admin allows.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as plain text.
• When a company account is deleted, its data is kept for 30 days and then removed for good.
• Email accounts you connect to the Inbox are used only to show and send your mail.
